1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (account names, emails, phone numbers, hotel profiles, drink inventories, event set ups, staff approvals, PDF exports) as well as data generated by your usage (device identifiers, browser metadata, IP address, access times, feature interactions, and support conversations). When you upload a logo or document, we store the file and related metadata.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process personal information to deliver the service, secure accounts, provision Owner Codes, send transactional emails, provide support, improve features, and comply with legal obligations. The legal bases under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 include performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the platform, and, where required, your consent (for example when opting into marketing updates).

3. Cookies & Analytics

EST uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember hotel selections, and measure feature usage. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, but certain features may not function properly without them. We may use anonymised telemetry to prioritise roadmap decisions.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We share information with trusted processors that host infrastructure, deliver push/email notifications, collect payments, provide analytics, or assist with customer success. Each processor is bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms. We may disclose information if required by law, to investigate security incidents, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We never sell personal information.

5. International Transfers & Storage

Data may be stored in Australia, the United States, the European Union, or other jurisdictions where our suppliers operate. When we transfer information outside Australia we implement safeguards such as encryption, access controls, and contractual obligations that reflect the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. Retention & Security

Records are retained for as long as your subscription remains active, plus reasonable backup and legal retention periods. We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based permissions, logging, and regular access reviews. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please keep passwords and devices protected and notify us promptly of any suspected issue.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. You can manage marketing preferences directly in-app or by contacting us. To exercise your rights or lodge a privacy complaint, email himakargd123@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are unsatisfied with the outcome.
